MEMORANDUM AND ORDER re: 9 "Motion to Dismiss." See attached. For the reasons explained in the M&O, dismissal is appropriate. Because the case is in its early stages, however, the court will allow plaintiff to file an amended complaint not later than January 18, 2018.
