ORDER denying #3 MOTION to Appoint Counsel filed by Angel L. Martinez-Colon; and denying #2 MOTION to Proceed In Forma Pauperis. While Plaintiff lists debts owed to First Bank and Banco Popular, Docket No. 3-1 at 6, and states he has been "in Bankruptcy" twice and "will be in Bankruptcy next week," Docket No. 2 at 5, Plaintiff also reports income of at least $6,000 per month, id. at 1-2; Docket No. 3-1 at 1, and lists their home as one of his assets, Docket No. 3-1 at 4. Plaintiff also did not describe any efforts made to attempt to obtain legal assistance or list any attorneys contacted, as the form for requesting the appointment of counsel calls for in item 2, Docket No. 3 at 1-2.
