AMENDED ORDER. Plaintiff has filed a complaint alleging copyright infringement where, in its "Introduction" section, it perfunctorily requests "an Order of Seizure [and] Preliminary and Permanent Injunction" among other relief. ECF No. 1 at 2. However, the rest of the complaint, including its "Prayer for Relief," does not include a request for any specific temporary preliminary remedy, injunctive or otherwise. Given the ambiguity, plaintiff is on notice that the Court will not consider any request for preliminary injunctive relief unless and until a separate motion to that effect is filed, notice is given to the defendants, and the provisions of Fed.
