Date Filed Document Text
September 19, 2022 Opinion or Order TEXT ORDER denying #2 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis: After a review pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915, the Court finds that the Complaint does not state a claim upon which relief can be granted for the same reasons set forth in this Court's order in 19-cv-621-JJM-LDA, ECF No. 4. Additionally, the Plaintiff has not set forth a claim for IFP status, because in her application she states that she is a "business owner," has a "Swiss bank account," "owns several homes, business offices," etc. and that she has no debts. See ECF No. 2. Therefore, the MOTION for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis #2 is DENIED, and this case is dismissed under 28 U.S.C. 1915. So Ordered by Chief Judge John J. McConnell, Jr. on 9/19/2022. (Jackson, Ryan)
