TEXT ORDER denying as moot #2 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis and dismissing #1 COMPLAINT: The Court has conducted a review of the complaint under 28 U.S.C. 1915. The Complaint is dismissed without prejudice because this Court does not have subject matter jurisdiction i.e., no authority to hear this case. This landlord-tenant matter should be filed in Rhode Island STATE district court, not federal court. The IFP motion is DENIED as moot. So Ordered by Chief Judge John J. McConnell, Jr. on 7/6/2023.
