As per the motion, the arbitration hearing in the other case is scheduled for September 2020. The motion is GRANTED to the extent all proceedings are stayed until November 2, 2020, or seven days after an arbitration decision is issued in the above-referenced matter, whichever occurs first. On the stay expiration date, the parties shall file a joint status report with the Court as to either (1) the results of the arbitration decision and its effect on this matter or (2) information as to when the arbitration decision is expected, along with a request to extend the stay.
