OPINION AND ORDER: The Court adopts the Magistrate Judge's Report and Recommendation and incorporates it herein. Accordingly, Defendants' Motion to Dismiss is GRANTED and Plaintiff's claims against Defendant M ark Booz are DISMISSED under F.R.Civ.P 12(b)(2) for lack of personal jurisdiction. Further it is ORDERED that this action be DISMISSED without prejudice pursuant to Rule 4(m) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. The Court DENIES Plaintiff' s Motion for an Extension to Time to serve the Summons and Complaint and finds that Plaintiff's request for an Extension of Time to respond to Defendants' Motion to Dismiss is MOOT.
