June 30, 2015 Opinion or Order Filing 59 ORDER: The Court adopts the Magistrate Judge's 54 Report and Recommendation. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Defendants' 32 Motion for Summary Judgment is GRANTED as to Plaintiff's Title VII race discriminati on and retaliation claims. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Court declines to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over Plaintiff's remaining state law claims for breach of contract and civil conspiracy.
