JUDGMENT ENTRY AND DECREE OF MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE AND SALE. Judgment is entered in favor Plaintiff Patch of Land Lending LLC in the amount of $697,770.27, plus interest at the per diem rate of $373.66 from January 31, 2018 and thereafter, and any additional collection expenses incurred by the Plaintiff and approved by this Court, until fully repaid. The property shall be sold at a public judicial sale after due advertisement as outlined in the Court's order. Defendant Angie Jones, in her official capacity as Treasurer of Horry County, South Carolina is hereby dismissed without prejudice pursuant to FRCvP 41(a)(2).
