December 18, 2020 Opinion or Order Filing 5 TEXT ORDER - SUBJECT MATTER JURISDICTION: The citizenship allegations in the Complaint and Notice of Removal in this matter are insufficient to establish diversity. Specifically, the states of citizenship of all members of Defendant Hospital Housekeeping Systems, LLC have not been provided. See General Tech. Applications, Inc. v. Exro Ltda, 388 F.3d 114 (4th Cir. 2004); see also Central W. Va. Energy Co. v. Mountain State Carbon, LLC, 636 F.3d 101, 103 (4th Cir. 2011). Defendant Hospital Housekeeping Systems, LLC is therefore directed to correct this deficiency no later than December 23, 2020, by filing a supplemental statement of jurisdictional facts.
