TEXT ORDER: On July 23, 2020, Plaintiff filed a Motion for Issuance of a Subpoena. ECF No. #16 . As no party has yet appeared in this matter, no party filed a Response to Plaintiff's Motion. Plaintiff's request for a subpoena is denied without prejudice. It is Plaintiff's responsibility to provide the court with correct names and addresses of the witnesses he wishes to request certain information from via subpoena. Plaintiff is further advised that to the extent he seeks information from parties to this action, he may seek such information via Rules 33 and 34 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure once these parties have made an appearance in this action. Attached to this order are blank subpoena forms. If Plaintiff re-files this Motion with the court and includes the correct information within the attached subpoena forms, the court will instruct the Clerk's Office to issue a subpoena on Plaintiff's behalf to any non-party.
