TEXT ORDER: Plaintiff filed this instant complaint with the court on March 30, 2023, while he was housed at the Spartanburg County Detention Center, 950 California Avenue, Spartanburg, SC 29303. ECF No. #1 . In an attachment to his complaint, Plaintiff stated he would have a change in address in six days and provided his new address as 108 Leonard Rd., Duncan, South Carolina, 29334. ECF No. #1 -1. The court issued a proper form order on April 4, 2023, and this order was mailed to Plaintiff at his original address and his updated address. ECF Nos. #9 , and 10 . A change of address form was also mailed to Plaintiff at his updated address. ECF No. 10 . On April 18, 2023, the April 4 order was returned as undeliverable at Plaintiff's original address. ECF No. #12 . The court did not receive returned mail concerning the April 4 order that was mailed to Plaintiff's updated address, nor did Plaintiff submit a change of address form to the court. As Plaintiff has not responded to the court's proper form order, it appears that Plaintiff is no longer interested in pursuing this matter. The Clerk of Court is therefore directed to mail this text order and the April 4, 2023 order to Plaintiff at his updated address, 108 Leonard Rd., Duncan, South Carolina, 29334. Plaintiff is directed to advise the court whether he wishes to continue with this case and to file a response to the court's April 4 order by June 2, 2023.
