ORDER granting 21 Motion to approve minor settlement. Plaintiff is ORDERED to pay the Policy proceeds in the amount of $80,000.00 plus accrued interest minus $4,500.00 for its fees and expenses to the Clerk Court within 10 days of the entry of this order.
