Filing 35 MEMORANDUM OPINION. Liberty Mutuals Rule 12(c) partial motion to dismiss (Doc.18) and motion to enforce settlement agreement (Doc. 25) are GRANTED. The Court further ORDERS that: (1) Plaintiffs claims are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE; and (2) in accordance with the settlement agreement, Liberty Mutual is to confer the settlement amount of $10,000 upon Plaintiff.
