MEMORANDUM OPINION. Respondents motion to dismiss the § 2254 petition as timebarred [Doc. 6] will be GRANTED, and this § 2254 petition will be DISMISSED. As Petitioners § 2254 petition is time-barred, Petitioners mot ion for discovery [Doc. 11] and motion to grant appropriate remedy [Doc. 12] will be DENIED as moot. Additionally, Petitioners request to stay his current habeas petition contained in his response to Respondents motion to dismiss [Doc. 9 p.4] will be DENIED as moot.
