Accordingly, the summons will be enforced, and it is hereby ORDERED that the Respondent shall appear in open court before the undersigned at 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, February 22, 2016, and that he bring the items set out in the summons as well as be prepared to give testimony to the IRS regarding his tax liability for the identified period.
