ORDER Directing Monthly Payments be made from Prison Account of Gregory Wayne Leake. This action will proceed only as to Plaintiff Leake and the Clerk is DIRECTED to terminate Plaintiffs Benton, Mabe, and the Inmates of Grainger County from this action, to terminate Plaintiffs Benton and Mabes motions for leave to proceed in forma pauperis [Docs. 6 and 7], and to send Plaintiffs Benton and Mabe form 1983 complaints and forms regarding proceeding in forma pauperis. Plaintiffs Leakes motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #1 and his supplement thereto #5 that Plaintiff Leake lacks sufficient financial resources to pay the filing fee. Accordingly, this motion #1 is GRANTED. Signed by District Judge Thomas A Varlan on 6/10/19. Because Plaintiff Leake is an inmate in the Grainger County Jail, he is ASSESSED the civil filing fee of $350.00. To ensure compliance with this fee-collection procedure, the Clerk is DIRECTED to mail a copy of this memorandum and order to the custodian of inmate accounts at the institution where Plaintiff Leake is now confined.
