ORDER: The Court finds that these cases to involve substantially similar property such that application of the related case rule is justified because this matter "relates to property involved in an earlier numbered case." See E.D. Tenn. L. R. 3.2. In reaching this conclusion, the Court notes that this determination was a closer call than most but on balance finds that the issues are so similar in the cases that it will be a significant benefit and promote judicial economy for them to be handled by the same district judge.
