ORDER: Petitioner Jacob Stanton, an inmate at the Trousdale Turner Correctional Center in Hartsville, Tennessee, filed a pro se Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 2254 in this Court on July 9, 2019.
