Filing 9 ORDER OF POSSESSION: The Tennessee Valley Authority, as agent of the United States of America, shall have and be put into immediate possession of the real property specifically described in Plaintiff's Declaration of Taking to the extent neces sary to allow, enable, and permit the TVA to carry on and perform any of its operations described in the pleadings.
