Also pending is Defendant's unopposed motion filed December 20, 2019, to extend the time for a response, to the complaint, Docket Entry No. #12 . Both motions are GRANTED. The deadline for Defendant to answer or otherwise respond to the complaint is extended to February 5, 2020.
