MEMORANDUM AND ORDER: In sum, upon initial review of the motion it plainly appears that the movant is not entitled to relief under Section 2255. The motion (Doc. No. #1 ) is DENIED and this action is DISMISSED. Because reasonable jurists could not debate whether the movant's claims should have been resolved differently or deserve encouragement to proceed further, the court DENIES a COA. For the same reasons, the court CERTIFIES that any appeal from this dismissal would not be taken in good faith.
