REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION: Pending before the Court is the Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment. (Docket Entry 67). For the following reasons, the Magistrate Judge RECOMMENDS that the Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment be GRANT ED IN PART and DENIED IN PART. The Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment should be GRANTED as to the Plaintiff's claims of age discrimination and disability discrimination. The Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment should be DENIED as to the Plaintiff's claim of FMLA retaliation and the Plaintiff's demand for back pay and front pay.
