The claims against the Montgomery County Jail are h ereby DISMISSED. The claims against ABL are DISMISSED as well. The Clerk is instructed to send the plaintiff a service packet (a blank summons and USM 285 form) for Cpl. Corder, the sole remaining defendant in this action. Upon return of the service packet, PROCESS SHALL ISSUE to the defendant. This action is REFERRED to the Magistrate Judge.
