ORDER AND MEMORADUM OPINION: Accordingly, Counts V and VI of Plaintiffs' First Amended Complaint seek damages from a non-manufacturing seller arising from the sale of a product and thus fail to state claims against Retail Concepts Inc., d/b/a Sun & Ski Sports for which relief can be granted.
