The decision of the Commissioner as it pertains to the plaintiff's application for DIB is AFFIRMED, but the decision as it pertains to the plaintiff's application for SSI is REVERSED, and this case is hereby REMANDED for further administrative proceedings consistent with the Report and Recommendation.
