ORDER The Plaintiff has paid the filing fee and the case has been referred to me for management. The Clerk will send the Plaintiff summons for the defendant. On his complaint the Plaintiff lists an email address which appears to be at gmail.com The clerk will add this address to the docket and send this order by mail and email. The plaintiff is cautioned that he should leave a one inch margin on all his pleadings or they may not be legible in the court filing system. The Plaintiff is responsible for service of the summons and the complaint on the defendant. See Rule 4 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Plaintiff has 90 days from the issuance of the summons by the Clerk to complete service or the case is subject to dismissal. In reading the complaint and related matters submitted to the court, it appears the statute of limitations may have run as the complaint seems to relate to matters in 2015 however as that is a affirmative defense the case will proceed at this time.
