Filing 7 ENTRY OF JUDGMENT re: #6 Order. (xc:Pro se party by regular mail. ) (am) |
Filing 6 ORDER: Robert Thomas Irvin, a Tennessee resident, has filed a pro se Complaint under 42 U.S.C. 1983, 18 U.S.C. 242, and 18 U.S.C. 1503, asserting violations of his constitutional and other federal rights. Irvin has also filed an application to proceed in this Court without prepaying fees and costs. Because Irvin's in forma pauperis application (Doc. No. 2) reflects that he lacks sufficient financial resources to pay the full filing fee in advance without undue hardship, it is GRANTED. For the reasons explained in the accompanying Memorandum Opinion, the Complaint is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. This is the final Order denying all relief in this case. The Clerk SHALL enter judgment. Fed. R. Civ. P. 58(b). Because an appeal would not be taken in good faith, Irvin is not certified to appeal the judgment in forma pauperis. 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(3). Signed by Chief Judge Waverly D. Crenshaw, Jr on 9/25/2020. (xc:Pro se party by regular mail. ) (am) |
