ORDER: Pending before the Court is a Motion Under 28 U.S.C. 2255 To Vacate, Set Aside Or Correct Sentence (Doc. No. #1 ), filed by Petitioner, pro se. The Court has conducted a preliminary review of the filing. Because it is not readily apparent from the face of the Motion that the Petitioner is not now entitled to relief, the Respondent shall file an answer, plead, or otherwise respond to the Motion in conformance with Rule 5 of the Rules Governing Section 2255 Proceedings within sixty (60) days of the date of entry of this Order on the docket.
