ORDER DISMISSING CASE: Accordingly, because Plaintiff, a three-striker, has failed to allege particular facts showing that he is in imminent danger of serious physical injury and has failed to submit the full filing fee of $402 to the Clerk of Court by the deadline set forth by this Court, this case cannot proceed. This action is DISMISSED. The Court certifies, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(3) and Federal Rules of Appellate Procedure 24(a)(3)(A), that any appeal of this decision would not be taken in good faith.
