For the reasons discussed on the record, this case is hereby STAYED pending the resolution of the related probate matter before the Probate Court of Wilson County, Tennessee. Accordingly, the Court's October 23, 2024 order issuing a status quo injunction (Doc. No. #10 ) is VACATED. The parties pending motions (Doc. Nos. #8 , #15 , #20 , #23 ) are DENIED AS MOOT and WITHOUT PREJUDICE.
