December 21, 2021 Opinion or Order Filing 23 Minute Entry for proceedings held before Judge John T. Fowlkes, Jr.: Preliminary Status Conference/TRO Hearing held on 12/21/2021. Both Parties present in Court. Parties addressed and provided an update to the Court. AUSA Stuart J.
