Lodsys, LLC alleged that Defendants Combay, Inc. (Mega Poker Online Texas Holdem for iPhone), Iconfactory, Inc. (Twitterific for iPhone, iPad and Mac), Illusion Labs AB (Labyrinth for iPhone and Android), Shovelmate (69 Positions for iPhone), Quickoffice (Quickoffice Connect for iPhone), Richard Shinderman (Hearts and Daggers for iPhone) and Wulven Game Studios (Shadow Era for iPhone) infringed Claim 27 of U.S. Patent No. 7,620,565 entitled "Customer-Based Product Design Module" and Claims 1-24 of U.S. Patent No. 7,222,078 entitled "Methods and Systems for Gathering Information from Units of a Commodity Across a Network."
