Filing 144 MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER - The Court finds that the $2,000,000 settlement,which includes payment of attorneys fees in the amount of $795,656.21 andattorneys expenses in the amount of $35,319.35 should be approved. The partieshave a sked the Court to stay the proceedings in this lawsuit until all paymentsunder the settlement agreement have been made. The Court finds that this requestshould be granted. The parties are instructed to file a stipulation of dismissal with prejudice a s soon as possible after the payments have been made.IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Joint Motions for Approval of Settlement Agreement [137, 140] filed by the parties are GRANTED.
