The application for a writ of habeas corpus is DISMISSED with prejudice; however, this dismissal is without prejudice to the filing of a habeas corpus petition or civil rights action specifically challenging the decision of the reclassification committee not to restore good time which Traylor had previously lost. Petr is DENIED a certificate of appealability sua sponte with the denial of this certificate pertaining only to the present case and not to any litigation which Traylor may later pursue.
