Ordered that the Petitioner Bennie Guy is hereby denied a certificate of appealability sua sponte. Ordered that any and all motions which may be pending in this cause, including but not limited to the Petitioner's motions for subpoenas and a writ of habeas corpus ad testificandum (docket no. 19) and motion for appointment of counsel (docket no 20) are hereby denied.
