ORDER ADOPTING REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS. Plaintiff's objections are overruled and the Report of the Magistrate Judge 2 is ADOPTED as the opinion of the District Court. This civil action is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE as frivolous and barred by the sanctions imposed by the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. The Clerk shall send a copy of this opinion to the Administrator of the Three Strikes List for the Eastern District of Texas.
