Filing 5 PLRA FILING FEE ORDER: Plaintiff filed an application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #4 . After reviewing the application, the Court orders the following: Plaintiff is granted leave to proceed in forma pauperis under 28 U.S.C. 1915. Plaintiff is assessed an initial partial filing fee of $17.37. The agency having custody of Plaintiff shall collect this amount from the trust fund account or institutional equivalent, when funds are available, and forward the initial fee to the Clerk of the District Court. Thereafter, Plaintiff must pay $332.63, the balance of the filing fee, in monthly installments as provided in 28 U.S.C. 1915(b)(2). The Clerk will mail a copy of this order to the inmate accounting office or other person or entity responsible for assessing, collecting, and remitting to the Court the interim filing fee payments on behalf of inmates, as designated by the facility in which Plaintiff is confined.
