MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER granting 6 Motion to Remand. The Court REMANDS the case to the 14th Judicial District Court of Dallas County, Texas. The Court therefore ORDERS TWCM to pay Richard the reasonable attorneys' fees and costs i ncurred as a result of this removal. Richard shall submit by affidavit documents establishing such fees within twenty-one days of the date of this Order.
