Filing 15 ORDER: Having reviewed the pleadings, file, record in this case, and Report, the court determines that the 13 findings and conclusions of the magistrate judge are correct and accepts them as those of the court. Accordingly, the court dismisses wit h prejudice as frivolous Plaintiff's claims against Defendants Dallas County Sheriff's Department, Judge Michael Snipes, Magistrate Judge Terrie McVea, and attorneys Sindhu Alexander and G. Thayer Williamson, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 19 15(e)(2)(B)(i). The court prospectively certifies that any appeal of this action regarding the matters set forth in this order would not be taken in good faith and denies a certificate of appealability. See 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3). In support of this finding, the court adopts and incorporates by reference the Report. (Ordered by Judge Sam A Lindsay on 12/3/2014) (ctf) |
