MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER: Meyrowitz and SSB International LLC's ("SSB") 17 motion to compel arbitration is granted, the parties are ordered to arbitrate Brendel's claims in accordance with the Arbitration Agreement, and th is lawsuit is dismissed with prejudice by judgment filed today. Because the court is dismissing this action with prejudice, Brendel's 36 motion for leave to file his third amended complaint, and Meyrowitz and SSB's 37 motion for protective order are denied as moot.
