As set f orth in footnote four of this opinion, the court directs Defendant to address this ground in a supplement to its Motion for Summary Judgment by Friday, 6/21/2019, 5:00 p.m. Plaintiff may respond by Thursday, 6/27/2019, 12:00 p.m. (Ordered by Judge Sam A Lindsay on 6/18/2019) (axm)
