Accordingly, the Clerk's Office shall file a copy of the sanctions orders in Cause No. 3:13-CV-2297-D and Cause No. 3:13-CV-2786-P in this case. Based on the prior sanctions orders, the plaintiff may not re-file his complaint in this case without paying the entire filing fee, demonstrating that he has satisfied all outstanding monetary sanctions against him, and obtaining judicial permission. Any pending and future motions filed in this action shall be docketed for administrative purposes only and terminated. No action will be taken on those filings while this action remains closed pursuant to the sanctions order.
