ELECTRONIC ORDER: Per the Court's 6/3/2019 telephone conference following up on its 5/29/2019 hearing on Defendants' Motion to Compel #42 , Plaintiff must submit the documents it intends to rely on as support for its Motion for a Preliminary Injunction #8 by 7/8/2019. Specifically, Plaintiff must determine whether it will use the redacted or unredacted version of exhibits 3, 4, 8, and 10, originally filed as a Proposed Ex Parte Appendix to its Motion for a Preliminary Injunction 11 and later provided in redacted form only to Defendants and in unredacted form to Defendants' counsel. If Plaintiff decides to rely on the unredacted version of any exhibit, Defendants will be permitted to review that exhibit in their attorneys' office. Defendants, however, are to proceed in drafting their response to the Motion for a Preliminary Injunction, due 6/13/2019, as if Plaintiff will rely on the redacted versions of exhibits 3, 4, 8, and 10. Should Plaintiff decide to rely on the unredacted version of any exhibit, the Court will permit Defendants to supplement their brief if necessary.
