ORDER: Plaintiff's claims arise out of events that occurred in Wise County, Texas. Wise County is located in the Fort Worth Division of the Northern District of Texas. See 28 U.S.C. 124. The records and any potential witnesses would be readily accessible there. The Court therefore finds the Fort Worth Division is a more convenient forum.
