Filing 7 MOTION for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis filed by Jaime Alvar Carvajal. (oyh) |
Filing 6 ELECTRONIC NOTICE OF DEFICIENCY AND ORDER: Plaintiff Jaime Alvar Carvajal must address the following deficiency: The motion to proceed in forma pauperis does not provide enough information to determine whether Plaintiff should be granted in forma pauperis status. See Doc. #5 . Specifically, Plaintiff failed to respond to the inquiries in the monthly-expense section of the motion; "N/A" or zero is not a sufficient response. Plaintiff must also explain who pays his living expenses. Therefore, Plaintiff is ORDERED to complete and file a new motion to proceed to proceed in forma pauperis on the AO 239 Form by April 16, 2020. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THIS ORDER WILL RESULT IN THE DISMISSAL OF THIS ACTION PURSUANT TO FEDERAL RULE OF CIVIL PROCEDURE 41(b). A motion to proceed in forma pauperis (AO 239 Form) is available online at http://www.txnd.uscourts.gov/sites/default/files/forms/AO239_0.pdf. No process will issue except upon order of the Court.
