August 4, 2020 Opinion or Order Filing 6 NOTICE OF DEFICIENCY AND ORDER OF SEVERANCE: The 13 state cases are hereby ordered SEVERED into 13 separate federal actions. The Clerk of the Court is DIRECTED to open a separate federal case for each of the 12 state cases identified in the Notice of Removal at documents 1-4, 1-5, 1-6, 1-7, 1-8, 1-9, 1-10, 1-11, 1-12, 1-13, 1-14, 1-15.
