JUDGMENT: It is ORDERED that the Petitioner Kevin Jones's motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis is DENIED and this civil action is DISMISSED as barred by the three-strikes provision of 28 U.S.C. 1915(g). The dismissal is with prejudice to the refiling of an informa pauperis complaint raising the same claims as presented in this case, but without prejudice to the filing of this complaint with the full payment of the $402.00 filing fee.
