Filing 5 ORDER TRANSFERRING CASE: Insofar as Woods appears to bring a civil rights case related to his detention and arrest by Bedford police officers at a Wal-Mart in Bedford, a municipality in Tarrant County, which lies within the Fort Worth Division of this district, this action will be transferred to that division under Section 1391(b) and the undersigned's authority granted by Rule 2(a)(3) of the Court's Miscellaneous Order No. 6 on 12/27/2021 to allow any party to file an objection to Judge Kinkeade within 14 days after being served with a copy of this order.
