March 1, 2023 Opinion or Order Filing 5 ORDER TRANSFERRING CASE: Insofar as Cowan appears to bring claims related to the law library at TDCJ's Allred Unit, a prison located in Wichita County, which lies within the Wichita Falls Division of this district, see 28 U.S.C. 124(a)(6), this action will be transferred to that division of this district under Section 1391(b) and the undersigned's authority granted by Rule 2(a)(3) of the Courts Miscellaneous Order No. 6 on March 22, 2023 to allow any party to file an objection to the Chief Judge Godbey within 14 days after being served with a copy of this order, see FED.
